Penn State loses a great on Sunday
College Football lost one of its greatest coaches ever to coach the game last Sunday with the death of 46 year Penn State football coach Joe Paterno. He was diagnosed with lung cancer and died a few months later. Even though his coaching career ended with the Jerry Sandusky scandals, Paterno had 409 career wins the most in FBS history along with two national titles. The ending of his coaching career could have ended better than it did after all he did tell the director what was going on with Sandusky, but Penn State didn't think so. Over all the Death of Paterno was sad and he will always be remembered for his leadership on and off the field.
